The Bankuptcy Attorneys at Hendren & Malone filed Chapter 11 for Raleigh-based One Renaissance, LLC in 2011 after its lender commenced foreclosure due to loan maturity.  One Renaissance obtained a confirmed Chapter 11 Plan from the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Eastern District of North Carolina, which provided the Debtor new, affordable long term financing.  The company expects to emerge from Chapter 11 by the end of the first quarter of 2012.
