Unusual Wreck Seriously Injures Fayetteville Truck Driver

An unusual series of events ultimately caused serious injuries to a Fayetteville trucker named Alford Young.  Mr. Young was injured when he swerved to avoid a car engine sitting on NC 24 last Sunday.  The engine was knocked out of a vehicle a few minutes earlier that had struck a tree.  Mr. Young had to be cut from his rig which had overturned.  For more, click here.
