A gentleman named Harold Smith was tragically killed on Sunday morning at around 11:20 am at the intersection of Raleigh Boulevard and Martin Luther King Boulevard. According to reports, Mr. Smith was crossing South Raleigh Boulevard just outside of the crosswalk when he was hit by a car. Unfortunately, Mr. Smith did not survive the accident.
At the present time no charges have been filed but police are still investigating the accident.
