A woman named Breeann Doyle was injured in a wreck last Wednesday near Oxford, North Carolina in Granville County. The wreck happened as Ms. Doyle was riding as a passenger in a vehicle that ran off the roadway and struck a tree.

There is no indication as to why the driver of the vehicle lost control and went off the roadway. The driver has been charged with failure to maintain lane control. Ms. Doyle was taken to Duke University Medical Center for treatment of her injuries and we certainly hope for her to have a speedy recovery.
