A bicyclist named Richard Ryan was seriously injured on June 14, 2020 when he was hit by a vehicle that fled the scene in Wilmington, North Carolina.
The wreck happened at the intersection of Dawson Street and Seventh Street at around 5:00 pm on June 14. According to available information, the other vehicle was a grey or silver SUV that initially stopped and then fled the scene.
