Rigelwood, NC (July 9, 2020) – Brittany Cowart seriously Injured in Riegelwood NC Crash
A very serious on vehicle crash near Riegelwood, North Carolina has resulted in injuries to a passenger named Brittany Cowart.
The wreck happened on NC Highway 87 at around 6:30 am on July 6. According to available information, Ms. Cowart was riding as a passenger in Toyota that ran off the road, over-corrected, then lost control and ultimately crashed into a ditch along the right shoulder.
The driver of the vehicle was cited for no operators license.
Ms. Cowart and the driver were both transported to local hospitals for treatment.
