A Cary based developer, Wimberly Associates, recently filed a Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition in the Eastern District of North Carolina.  This filing, handled by the bankruptcy team at Hendren & Malone, was initiated to avoid foreclosure and ensure maximum return to creditors.
