Crash Seriously Injures Scooter Driver Humberto Rios

A Winston-Salem man, Humberto Rios, was struck while riding his scooter in Burlington, North Carolina on Thursday afternoon.  The other driver, Alice McMillan, was cited for failure yield right of way.
