A terrible and tragic accident in Durham NC on Wednesday has claimed the life on one person and resulted in injuries to four others.
The accident apparently happened on North Roxboro Road near the intersection of Macwood Drive. According to reports, a Kia Optima crossed the center line around 2:15 pm and hit a Ford F-350 truck. Tragically, the driver of the Optima was killed. the driver of the Ford and three of his passengers were injured.
This case is obviously a tragic situation. However, the injured victims in the Ford will likely have substantial medical bills and claims against various insurance companies for the cost of these medical bills. If these gentlemen were working at the time of the accident, they would also have worker’s compensation claims in addition to the other claims.
