DWI Driver Charged in Fatal Laurinburg Wreck

A Laurinburg woman has been charged in a wreck that killed Robert Shampy.  According to reports, the woman, Janet Fink, was charged with a DWI, a red light violation, and second degree murder.  The wreck happened on December 14.  Click here for more.
