A young man named Dylan Renn was tragically killed last Saturday in a wreck on North Roxboro Street in Durham, North Carolina. The wreck apparently happened while Mr. Renn was riding as a passenger in a truck that went off the side of the road, overcorrected, then crossed a median and hit a Honda Pilot. Mr. Renn was ejected in the collision and did not survive.
The driver of the truck and the driver of the Honda were also injured. The driver of the truck has been charged with several crimes including driving with a suspended license, failure to wear a seat belt, and misdemeanor death by motor vehicle.
At this time it is not clear why the driver went off the side of the road. Mr. Renn was 23 years old and from Henderson, North Carolina.
