North Carolina health officials are now reporting that an outbreak of salmonella in Fayetteville, NC has sickened at least 51 people.
The outbreak has been linked to the Holiday Inn Bordeaux’s banquest facilities which is located along Interstate 95. A big fear now is that victims of the outbreak could be spread across the United States since this restaurant serves many travelers using I-95.
The specific food source for the outbreak has not been identified. Numerous staff members at the restaurant have also been sickened.
