Havelock Accident Claims Life of Passenger and Driver of Car

A serious and tragic accident near Havelock NC has claimed the life of a driver and passenger in a motor vehicle.

The accident happened last Wednesday at the intersection of NC 101 and NC 306 just before 6:45 pm.  Apparently, a Mazda car was turning left off of NC 306 when it was struck in the side by a pickup truck.  The driver of the Mazda, Jun Thang was killed along with a passenger named Klass Dohn.  Ms. Dohn was from New Bern, NC.  The driver of the pickup was not injured.
