Hickory NC DWI Accident Lawyer – Newton Man Killed in Accident With Impaired Driver

A gentlemen from Newton, North Carolina was killed last Wednesday following a collision with another driver who was apparently impaired at the time of the accident.

The Newton man, Russell Heavner, survived for several hours after the accident before passing on Thursday morning.  A passenger in Mr. Heavner’s car, Shawntaina Hoke, survived.  The other driver was Zachary Welch of Charlotte.
