Martin County Tractor-Trailer Driver Charged in Wreck That Killed William Stokes and Calandra Cooper

In a related story to one we posted earlier, reports are that Garland Cratt has been charged in the wreck that killed William Stokes and Calandra Cooper, both of Williamston.  The wreck apparently happened when Mr. Cratt was backing his tractor-trailer into his driveway causing both lanes of the road to be blocked.   The car driven by William Stokes with Ms. Cooper as a passenger apparently ended up under the logging truck.  Click here for more.  Here is another story related to this terrible wreck.
