North Carolina I-26 Crash Results in Four Fatalities

As reported by Blueridgenow.com, a terrible wreck in western North Carolina on I-26 has claimed four lives and sent several more people to the hospital.  Victims of the wreck include Charles Novak, Theresa Saver, and a married couple from Lexington, North Carolina named Alvin and Gail Kimbell.  The wreck was apparently triggered by a tractor trailer that rear-ended a vehicle shortly before 11 p.m on Sunday night.  Two additional passengers – Amber Reid and Laci Fredricks were injured and airlifted to Mission Hospital in Asheville.  The driver of the tractor-trailer has been charged with multiple counts including involuntary manslaughter.  For more click here.
