Windsor, NC (November 5, 2020) – Richard Bell and Yolanda Ross Seriously Injured in Fatal Windsor, NC Crash
A very serious accident near Windsor, North Carolina on Friday afternoon has resulted in one fatality and serious injuries to Richard Bell and Yolanda Ross.
The wreck happened on U.S. Highway 13 near the intersection with NC Highway 305 just before 1:00 pm on Friday. According to available information, a man driving a Kia car south on US 13 traveled left of center and hit the Ford SUV driven by Mr. Bell and occupied by Ms. Ross.
The man driving the Kia, a 39 year old from Newport News, Virginia, did not survive. Mr. Bell and Ms. Ross were both seriously injured.
