Sanford, North Carolina Man, Larry Raines, Killed in Accident, Family Forgives Other Driver

As reported by WRAL TV, a Sanford, North Carolina man named Larry Raines was killed Thursday morning when another driver hit him head-on.  The other driver, Israel Beltran, was apparently trying to recover from hitting black ice.  Mr. Raines’ brother was following him when the wreck happened.  They were both returning from work at a local Goodyear plant.  Click here for more.
