Study Indicates that One in Seven North Carolina Drivers Do Not Have License

A recent study by AAA has apparently found that 1 in 7 North Carolina drivers do not have a license to drive.  Also, according to reports, it is likely that many of these drivers do not have any insurance on their vehicles.
