Hendersonville, NC (January 14, 2021) – A retaining wall in Hendersonville, NC collapsed resulting in one death and injuries to at least three other individuals.
The incident occurred on Wednesday at around 9:30 am at a construction site that was located to several adjacent businesses.
At this time, it is not clear what caused the retaining wall to collapse. Typically, the North Carolina Division of Occupational Safety and Health within the Department of Labor would investigate a workplace accident such as this tragic event.
