A gentlemen named Thomas Strickland was killed on Thursday in an accident on Highway 11 just north of Pink Hill, North Carolina.
According to reports, Mr. Strickland was pulling out of a Dollar General when his pickup truck was hit by a tractor trailer traveling north on Highway 11. Mr. Strickland was native of Sampson County.
The information regarding this accident is not clear as to whether Mr. Strickland or the tractor-trailer was at fault. Hopefully, North Carolina State Highway accident investigators can provide some additional information regarding the accident for the family of the victim.
