Trench failures are often the result of someone not properly deploying a trench box or other supportive devices during an excavation.  Indeed, in the Fayetteville area, the natural soil condition are typically sandy and sandy soils do not provide much natural support in shallow excavations thus making trench support critical in these conditions.  If you have questions about a trench failure accident, contact attorney J Michael Malone today.  Mr. Malone has a Bachelor’s, Master’s and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and is uniquely qualified to handle such cases.
