Pedestrian Danielle Moore Hospitalized After Being Hit

Reports are that Kirstie Pienta of Charlotte crashed into a tree and has been hospitalized since the accident over the weekend.

Two of the victims were treated and released from the Presbyterian Hospital.

The third victim, pedestrian Danielle Moore, is still hospitalized and in fair condition.

Police believe Pienta was drunk when she crashed her car.
