Danielle Locklear Anastacia Locklear and Tiffany Goines Killed in Robeson County NC Crash on Washed Out Roadway

Danielle Locklear, Anastacia Locklear and Tiffany Goines were tragically killed earlier this week near Maxton, North Carolina in Robeson County when there car went off the roadway in an area where the road appears to have been washed out.

Information about this crash is somewhat unclear and the NC State Highway Patrol is still investigating the collision.  However, the father of one of the victims noted that there was no warning about the road condition and there is some indication the roadway was washed out in previous storms.  If this is in fact how the wreck happened, there is a significant question about whether the NCDOT properly maintained this roadway.
